I am back to doing the BBTG guide! Back where i left off. I didn't get to do Fridays workout over the weekend so i did it today. Better late than never as they say ?
Modifications:
Snap Jumps: Snap Jumps off the step instead of off the ground.
Spider Push ups: Off the step instead of off the ground.
Burpee Bench Jumps: Normal modified Burpees , No jump. (Burpee off the step)
