BBG Arm Progress: 2015-2016

Because my arms and shoulders hurt the most today.😂 Definitely #deathbykayla from yesterday's bootcamp! (LEFT: round 2 week 1 of #bbg 1.0 RIGHT: round 3 week 5 of bbg 1.0) slow progress but better than no progress! It's not always about setting a certain time frame. It's all about trusting the journey. I do things at my pace, always have been. My body might be bloated or feeling "out of it" some days, but that's all part of the growing process. I try to allow myself to feel all that I need to, rather than beat myself up and trust that I'm still better than how I was 2 years ago. Although I am progressing aesthetically (slowly), I also FEEL my body getting stronger regardless of what is on the outside and that still counts for me. Today calls for a rest day. I worked out 5 days this week getting back into habit after the festive holidays. #slowandsteady #kaylaitsines #armprogress #bbggirl #sorearms
