What a great and healthy way to kick start the new year!
I am so excited for this! I missed out on her last boot camp last year in March and have been waiting around ever since, but now Kayla is back in Sydney to do another FREE bootcamp!
During the festive holidays I did NOT hold back. I enjoyed myself, eating all the delicious food and dessert that my family cooked up at our gatherings during the last month. However, I successfully managed to fit in 3 work out sessions before new years eve came around and went on a break again, but thankfully got back into habit this week! I almost died doing the week 5 &7 Bbg abs & arms circuit for my first session back. Yesterday felt a little easier though. I ended up doing legs and pushed myself a little bit more after the bbg circuit and did an ab and cardio circuit from the 'Train with Tanya' app! (which i will be doing a review on very soon.)
Hopefully I don't stop, I'm enjoying getting back into my fitness routine again, and with this scheduled bootcamp, it only motivates me more to stay focused!
Looking forward to recapping this event :)
