With the additional workouts, I either go back to some bbg workouts, I go and look up random workouts or simply write up my own if i feel like it. I usually like to end my day with centr 6 so i start with another circuit in the morning/midday.
I thought i'd post another one of my circuits i've come up with here!
You can do it anytime in the day, doesn't necessarily have to be mornings only, but a circuit like this, gets me in the groove. The goal with this workout is to get your heart rate up and wake those muscles up! Remember go at your own pace, but you might actually surprise yourself for how much you can complete in 8 minutes, if you just go through the motions.
I find doing a combination of fast to static exercises, makes time go faster and for sure gets everything pumping.
Remember if you found you got through the circuit before 8 minutes is up, don't stop, keep going until the 8 minutes, then take your 30 second rest and repeat for another 8 minutes! and thats a workout done! You can do it, If i can do it, so can you!
So set your timer, ready set go! :)
